Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada and the Continental United States. If you're outside of these regions, feel free to contact us, and we can discuss potential options.
Shipping Costs
Full Sets: Enjoy free shipping on all full sets of battle-ready terrain and painted models.
Half Sets: Shipping on half sets is $20.
Custom Work: Shipping costs for custom painting or terrain will be discussed and determined during your consultation.
No Returns or Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Battle-ready terrain
Custom painting or custom work
Any other products
Once your order is placed, it is final.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist with filing a claim.
